Staying at this hotel brought mixed feelings. The Executive King Room Lounge Access offered spacious and comfortable accommodations. I appreciated the attentive service from staff in the executive lounge, who helped arrange taxis and were friendly in conversation. The hotel's amenities, like the adult pool and the indoor Kids Club, were enjoyable for both me and my family. The Olive Restaurant provided a buffet with a variety of delicious international options. I encountered several issues. During my 3-night stay, staff frequently approached me to settle my bill, despite an agreement at check-in to pay at checkout. This caused unnecessary stress. the hotel's location felt a bit isolated, and the lobby had an unpleasant cigarette smell, likely due to the casino. While staff members tried their best, better management communication is necessary to enhance guest experiences. while I had some enjoyable moments, several communication breakdowns and the location left me wanting more.

my wife and i had an amazing stay at hilton! the breakfast at the olive restaurant was a highlight, with tons of delicious options. we loved how the staff, particularly belcy, treated us like royalty. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short drive to the zoo we planned to visit!
